It’s Roald Dahls Birthday today and this is my little homage to a genius. From Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to Danny Champion of the world and most recently the BFG the world of cinema has thought to hold Roald Dahl up as one of the foremost childrens authors. As a dyslexic child I read most of his books thanks to the medium of audio cassette, my favourite has to be George’s marvelous medicine, I am waiting for Hollywood to mortalise this hilarious character on the big screen. I have just recently joined Goodreads and hope to re-read George’s marvelous medicine as my goodread challenge.
